Shipping, Refund & Exchange Policy

WE at “Lemon” (kala kutir by, lemon) believe in serving you the best.

Worldwide shipping, the shipping charges would vary as per shipping agent

-Shipping dispatch timeline is minimum 3 working days and maximum 7 working days.

 -In an odd cases unfortunately if you wish to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

-You can return or  exchange products within 7 working days of its delivery, You can call us on 7795334838 /6361684748 or also WhatsApp or mail us at kkbylemon@gmail.com with details  of your product, order number you want to return or exchange.

– If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

– If you have received the product it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

   REFUND POLICY :

– Kindly note, we do not refund any shipping charges incurred by you.

– Refund will made in the same form that the payment has been received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

RETURN POLICY:

–      If you receive the product in bad condition or if the package is tempered or damaged before delivery. Please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery agent and do call customer care 7795334838  or mail us at kkbylemon@gmail.com  mentioning your order ID. We would personally ensure that we do the replacement with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

–        The returned product would take 15-18 working days subject to company terms and conditions.

–        Once the returned product is received at the warehouse and passes all necessary quality checks, we will send refund confirmation mail to you.

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN OR RE-PLACEMENT :

–        Any product that has physical damage to the box or the product.

–        Any product returned without original packaging and accessories.

–        Any product without a valid readable, tampered altered serial number.

–        Any product from which universal product code has been removed from its original package.

–        In case the product has been altered by the customer.

–        In case the product is been damaged due to the fault of the customer.

–        In case the product has been washed, used, spoilt by the customer.
