Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds
If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded through the original method of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns & Exchanges
As many of our products are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. However, if you receive an incorrect product, a damaged item, or a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will be happy to assist you.
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery wherever possible. Alternatively, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing kkbylemon@gmail.com. Kindly include your Order ID along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging so that our team can review your request.
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Exclusions
Products purchased during promotional sales or at discounted prices, customised or personalised products, items that have been used or damaged after delivery, and products returned without their original packaging and tags are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.
