Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping across India at a flat rate of ₹100, irrespective of the number of items purchased. Orders with a total value above ₹5,000 qualify for free shipping. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. During sale periods, festive seasons, or high order volumes, dispatch may take up to 5–7 working days. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service availability.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. If you need to make any changes after placing your order, kindly write to us at kkbylemon@gmail.com within 2 hours. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, address modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the processing stage.
International Shipping
We are pleased to deliver our handcrafted collections to customers across the world. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹3,000 per order. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders are dispatched once every week and are typically delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local courier timelines. Products requiring additional finishing or special customization may require additional processing time before shipment.
